Once you[']{dir="rtl"}ve reviewed the materials below, please choose either one or both of the following steps to work on:

Step 1: Map a General Direction

Outline what you believe are the most critical areas we should focus on over the next 3--6 months in terms of validating our niche and gaining traction.

Please touch on:

GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies

Identifying key customer personas (ICP)

Tactics or experiments that could work

Step 2: Go Deep on One Area

Pick one of the areas below (or suggest your own) and explore it in depth:

  • ICP Refinement -- Who is our ideal customer and why?

  • GTM Channels -- Which channels should we prioritize and why?

  • Messaging & Positioning -- How should we tailor our messaging for our target market?

  • Growth Experimentation -- What tactics would you test to validate the niche and build traction in the first 3--6 months?

💡 You can use slides, a Notion page, a Miro board, or a Google Doc --- whatever format works best for you.
This is not about perfection, but clarity of thought, creativity, and initiative.

    • A short summary of what you worked on and why

  • Make sure all links are publicly accessible or shared via invite.
